SD : The guys

+ So here's my quick first of four from this past Saturday's wedding. This, obviously, of the groom and his guys. We had just finished doing some stuff inside the church and decided to see what we could find outside. The groomsmen went about fixing the "Just Married" sign on the back while I quickly told Dan to sit himself on the front of the car and just look cool.

+ Photos like this are evidence to me that I still have plenty of room to grow. While I love the idea of the shot (and the execution isn't horrible), it could have been better. Without much direction from me, Dan is left blanky looking at me or wherever I send his attention to. I'm getting there, but having master control of both the subject, environment, exposure, and scheduling/timing all at once take a bit of time.
